Ingredients for 4 Servings

4 ea Top loin pork chops
2/3 cup Fat-free tomato & herb salad dressing
1 tsp Jalapeņo pepper sauce

Procedure: 

1. Season chops with salt & pepper and brown in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; 
   add dressing and pepper sauce to pan; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
